The device can be configured in a more basic or extensive version depending on individual requirements. Additional costs may be incurred for customizing the device and software to integrate with your existing HIS system.

What are the service and annual maintenance costs?
The annual warranty is included in the price. Extending it for an additional year is priced at 10% to 20% depending on the location and configuration.

Integration is recommended to fully harness the benefits of the device. The cost depends on the HIS software provider.
Can I use this device to store medications from a wholesale depot?
Yes, this is possible, but specific arrangements should be made with the drug supplier. We provide full monitoring and logging of operations on packages and storage spaces.
What additional information does this device provide?
The device offers video monitoring, temperature and humidity data (excluding 2-8°C storage), information on stocked and dispensed medications with specific box tracking, details on upcoming medication expiration dates, and expired medications (with a lock to prevent administration to patients). It also provides reports on medication inventory and inventory audits, as well as user operation logs.
How many devices are needed per ward?
Typically, one standard device is sufficient for a ward with a single location and up to 30 patient beds. Our team of experts assists with individual selection.
